Thank you for hosting a RYE student! As part of our District 6220 Rotary Youth Exchange Conference, we'll be holding a Host Family Forum, which is free for you to attend, from 4:00-5:30 p.m. The Forum is moderated by experienced host family members, who will lead an open discussion about hosting a RYE student. We would also love for you to stay for the Culture Fair on Saturday evening (also free), from 7:45-10:00 p.m. Let us know if you would like to join us for Saturday dinner or stay over night at the hotel.

Parents, students, coming more than 2 hours from home, will have Friday hotel cost covered by District. Families closer than 2 hours have the option of staying for $155. Saturday hotel is covered for staff and Outbound parents. Students will be staying at Wausau School Forest on Saturday night.
